Shipping Policy:
Your orders are carefully prepared from Tuesday to Saturday and are shipped within 48 hours at the latest. Deliveries are made to your home or to the address of your choice via the postal service.
Shipping is free from 75€ in the Benelux and 100€ in France. For other countries, you can find out the rates and the amount from which you can benefit from free shipping costs in our price list .
Return policy :
You have 14 working days to make your return from receipt of your order.
In a post office
A prepaid return label will be included in your package so that you can easily return the item(s) that do not suit you.
The return costs are your responsibility, they will be taken directly from the refund amount. You can consult the rates applied in our price list .
Drop off in store or delivery with the carrier of your choice
For customers in the region, you can drop off your return directly in store during opening hours.

Refunds/Exchanges
Refunds are made as soon as possible upon receipt of your package. We will send you an email confirmation once the payment has been made.
